The catering mission 雙廚出任務

前幾天去了一趟台北跟個好朋友共同執行了小型外燴任務，首次進去大到不知道怎麼逛的濱江市場與現代式海鮮供應商上引水產，東奔西跑的採買各式食材原料，這次討論出來的菜單，大部份我們都不曾實做過，挑了幾樣適合小派對的餐點，例如水牛城辣雞翅，凱撒沙拉，蔬菜棒佐藍紋乳酪醬，玉米片莎莎，火腿培根填餡小蕃茄，金槍魚丸可頌，燻鱒魚新鮮乳酪酸豆捲，含羞草蛋沙拉，當然少不了各式酒類與飲料，雖然已盡力的把整個過程記錄下來，但忙亂中仍有些許遺漏，不過就像美麗的花會凋謝，有時候不完美也是一種美（只能這樣自我安慰了）。 Few days ago I took part in a catering mission with my friend in Taipei, we designed a menu for a small party, such as buffalo wings, Caesar salad, veggie bars with blue cheese sauce, Doritos with salsa sauce, tuna croissant, mimosa egg salad, smoked trout and fresh cheese roll, ham and bacon filling tomato, and of course some alcohol and beverages. we  bought many ingredients from local market, supermarkets, baking supplies, making all dishes from scratch, despite it took us long hours, we gained some experiences from planing a party catering and the mistakes we had during the execution, but it worths. Eventually, everything went so well and we had a blast.

Day 24 旅行的意義再思考 Uzés 於澤

2015.06.24 移動到尼姆（Nîmes）的火車上遇見一對牽著單車的老夫妻，車後也掛著大大的馬鞍袋，順便協助他們把行李跟單車拿進車廂並掛好，先生會講一點英文就聊了起來，哥最常被問的問題大概就是哪裡來，從哪裡開始騎，去過哪些城市，接著要去哪，旅行了多久，要待多久，已經可以很順暢的背誦，有時甚至對方還沒開口就先回答他個措手不及。也常常在路上見到騎單車運動的人，其中還不乏有很多看起來年紀較大的叔伯爺兒們，希望有朝一日哥老到變爺兒們的那時還能繼續運動下去。 出了車站接近中午，騎著車在街上邊找餐廳，尼姆（Nîmes）的路況是我目前遇過最差的，坑洞很多，也很狹窄，最後受不了牽著吉兒（從台灣出發前幫單車取的名字）走，突然一個也是騎著單車的大叔從後面叫住我，問我是不是在找什麼，阿叔說剛才跟哥搭同一輛火車，過了Montpellier時有看到我坐在位置上散發著濃厚的假文青氣息正閱讀著，大叔的英文很好，帶點法國腔，當時正在路上找吃的，大叔就領路走到比較多餐廳的區域，聊天聊到他兒子現在正在單車環世界（沒看錯，是世界，請讀我的唇w~or~l~d），阿叔曾經還跟兒子在泰國跟美國騎過一陣子，來到法國這些日子不時會遇到一些熱心的人，雖然看似沒有什麼關聯，但是只要你對人好，就會有人對你好。 前菜就自家火腿 主餐牛排，然後所有位置就哥的被太陽曬到變人乾這樣，冏 旅行的意義對於每個人不盡相同，當看到廣闊的草原，壯麗的山河，宏偉的建築，帶來視覺的震憾，而這種感動可能是一瞬間的，容易被遺忘的，當心血來的夠潮，翻了翻過去的照片時，或許能夠稍微喚醒當下的感受。 在旅遊過程中遇到的人，事，會帶來一些可能是從來沒有過的，也可能是汱舊換新的思考以及觀點，對我來說這是旅行更深的一層意義。 旅行第十六天時，腦中浮現了“來試試不一樣的旅行方式吧“，“如果能跟本地人生活一段時間，也許會比一個人獨自旅行再多看到一點什麼吧“的想法，於是第十八天註冊了一個HelpX（打工換宿）的付費帳號（20€），待在波爾多的時候花了一些時間寄信給了五個位於不同地點以及幫忙事務較感興趣的Host，但都被委婉拒絕，這比哥當初找工作還不順利啊。 花了二天沒有好消息，這事兒只好先擱著準備移動到土魯藩窪地斯（Toulouse），畢竟還是得繼續前進啊～在波爾多車站前邊啃著三明治邊滑手機時，卻收到了一封住在尼姆（
